EIC Accelerator Funding

FimusKraft has been selected to be funded by EIC Accelerator Funding. It was announced recently by European Union Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA)!

FimusKraft has gained this remarkable funding in extremely tough international competition. There have been about 4000 applicants from more than 21 countries. “This financing grant helps FimusKraft greatly for getting more boost on marketing efforts and ramp-up of deliveries “, says Ahti Koivunen, the CEO of FimusKraft.

The European Innovation Council aims to identify and support breakthrough technologies and game changing innovations to create new markets and scaleup internationally.

EIC Accelerator is funding most promising new innovations in European SME industry.
The applications to be funded are assessed by external experts and an interview with jury of experienced investors and entrepreneurs.

Seal of Excellence

The European Commission as the Institution managing Horizon 2020, the EU Programme for research and innovation 2014-2020, has given highly appreciated recognition to FimusKraft, the “Seal of Excellence” certification. FimusKraft Biogas Plant (FKBP) is a revolutionary and cost-effective biotechnological method to treat and valorise biowaste.

In evaluation by an international panel of independent experts the proposal of FimusKraft Biogas Plant (FKBP) was scored as a high-quality project proposal in a highly competitive evaluation process.
