Proceso de biofermentaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p><span>Los residuos biol\u00f3gicos se introducen en el tanque del fermentador a trav\u00e9s del cono de entrada. El tanque de fermentaci\u00f3n horizontal permite seguir el principio <em>First In First Out<\/em> (FIFO). El Concepto de Mezcla Total (TMC, <em>Total Mixing Concept<\/em>) permite una mezcla m\u00e1xima de los purines y, por tanto, flexibilidad para procesar diferentes biorresiduos y combinaciones de biorresiduos, para mejorar la optimizaci\u00f3n en general. El dise\u00f1o de la planta de bioenerg\u00eda depende del volumen total de los biorresiduos. El vol\u00famen del fermentador de las plantas peque\u00f1as es de unos 200 &#8211; 600 m3. En las plantas grandes, el vol\u00famen del fermentador es de unos 1500 &#8211; 2500 m3.<\/p>\n<p>El biog\u00e1s rico en metano se bombea a trav\u00e9s de tuber\u00edas especiales desde el contenedor de inventario de gas hasta el Centro de Desarrollo Energ\u00e9tico, que se encuentra en un contenedor independiente con una Sala de Control.
